At the feet of the volcano, strawberries grow thanks to the natural fertilization of the volcano and when visiting a farm located over there, we all will have the chance to taste the quality of this fruit on a shake or just by picking it up from the plant.
Lunch will be served on a farm with live animals and great views. In the afternoon we will also see another product that reveals Costarican background and characteristics; coffee known by the locals as the “golden been”.

]]>If you prefer something a little less adventurous, you can take an 1800 meter walk under the trees and explore the area crossing six hanging bridges, visiting the Humming Bird Garden, a Bird Viewer, and the famous Bee World.
The Bee World is a rural project dedicated to protect native species known as “Mariolas”, a non-sting species, and also to educate people about the advantages of local species and the richness of honey.
Canopy Tour or Hiking Tour, both include a typical Costarican lunch cooked in a wood-fed oven; if you also want, señora Chela can teach you how to cook Costarican traditional food.
