This is one of our most popular tours, taking visitors to the majestic Arenal Volcano to enjoy the relaxing Baldi Hot Springs while admiring the lush vegetation and breathtaking landscapes that make this destination unforgettable.
The impressive Arenal Volcano is located in La Fortuna, San Carlos, Alajuela, and offers visitors the opportunity to observe columns of white smoke, ash emissions, and fumarolic activity.
On the way to the volcano, we stop in the famous town of Sarchí, known as the cradle of Costa Rican artisans, where visitors can shop for souvenirs such as handcrafted wood products, clothing, and local keepsakes.
In Sarchí, you will also see the world’s largest ox cart, made of wood and decorated with vibrant colors. It holds an honorable mention in the Guinness World Records.
After leaving Sarchí, we continue through forests and agricultural plantations until reaching the beautiful town of La Fortuna, where we enjoy lunch with spectacular views of Arenal Volcano.
After lunch, we visit a viewpoint near the volcano’s base, offering panoramic views of Lake Arenal. Finally, guests can relax in Baldi Hot Springs, featuring 25 thermal pools with temperatures ranging from 33°C to 66°C (91°F to 151°F), before returning to San José after a delicious dinner overlooking the volcano.

One-Day Tour Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour. Otherwise, a 100% penalty applies.
- A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance (10% is retained to cover banking refund fees).
